What a surprise, my mini-yoga holiday I spoke of before. As happens often with these things, nothing ever goes as you plan, and neither did some of the details of my trip.

The usual delays occurred, the amount of yoga sessions was not as I anticipated, but the amount of fun I had was great! It was a week of seeing family and reconnecting with friends.

Great conversations, smart reflections, enjoying the sun and relaxing at the water side.

I feel incredibly glad to have been able to share a great time with great people, and to be back in Lyon with lots of energy and determination.

Ready to get back to work, off I go!
